However, I don't get Michelangelo's power at all. He can move and attack 3 times with all blanks counting as skulls? This seems really powerful and there doesn't seem to be a downside....

This looks like a good set. The 4 turtles and a bunch of foot soldiers. I assume with these customs being made for HS, the 4 turtles are unique heroes and the foot soldiers would be a unit?

It was. Plus I've still got extra d20s for between round prizes in future events, and I can have them bring their bags to receive more varied dice if we move into any RPGs.

If I do end up with two adults and two kids, I'm thinking the kids will be allowed a few more points. Maybe 450 or up to 500. Add a character in with the dragon and units.
