I think the Rancor will struggle with moving about many maps due to it's size and shape. Still looking forward to having one on my game board anyway. I'll just be sure to only draft the Rancor on...

Man, when I tried cutting the map down to just the 3 sets I didn't even think about the grass/rock/sand tiles available. That means their are plenty of tiles that can be substituted under the shadow...

The reason the shadow tiles are not on even ground was due to lack of available tiles. Maybe if we took away some of the high ground, those tiles could be placed under the shadow, but then that does...

You should sign up for a play test and see if you can break it. The maps only high ground is on either side of the center area and most HoSS units have ranged attacks so hopefully your fears are...

So I just finished building this map and first impressions are quite positive. The castle wall sections are positioned such that it is almost impossible to draw LOS from one start zone to the other...
