I was thinking exactly that before I scrolled down to your response. Passing more than running, going for it on 4th down, onsides kicks, blitzes every down, etc....all are staples of video game...

It was my favorite 58 minutes of football ever. It was the last 8 minutes (2 minutes regulation and 6 or so minutes of overtime) That really turned it for me. :(
