Re: Anyone recommend a new game scenerio?

My dad and I play that the object of the game is to capture your opponent's glyph. The glyph is the glyph of Brandar (artifact) and we like to think of the two as the halves of a map. The first one...

Re: The positives of D&D scape

Yep, D&D runs on a 1 inch grid, so the bases were changed to fit on D&D map grids. The regular bases are 1 inch and the new large bases are 2 inch (to fit on a 4 squares).

I won't get too much...

Re: Other uses of terrain and figures?

;)If by any chance, you are in the CIA or FBI, use the terrain to set up a landing zone or mission, and demonstrate the steps by using agents from Vydar.;) Now that I think about it, this seems like...

Re: The positives of D&D scape

What was the deal with the new bases in some of the D3 packs? Did WOTC change that too? I doesn't affect my opinion of the wave, but I liked the old bases better.

Re: Help Please! Aquilla's Alliance Assisstance!

You should try buying separate figures. It is near impossible to find the whole set for under $100

Re: Demons/ghosts and religion

I think you mean to say, "I only think it goes to show that the origin of homo-sapiens and their migration from Africa is a delicate subject because we do not have much to base it on.
Lol...this sentence could not be more wrong.

EDIT: Only the entire fossil record. And DNA. Geology (indirectly). Genes. Pretty much all of modern biology fully supports and matches predictions...

Re: Demons/ghosts and religion

:evil:Once again... I only think it goes to show that evolution is a delicate subject because we do not have much to base it on. I NEVER said it undermines the Theory of Evolution.

Re: Demons/ghosts and religion

But yes, lets present this as if it somehow is seriously upsetting anything. It's an archeologist doing a media grab, without having any real evidence to back up his claim. When he comes back with...

Re: The positives of D&D scape

Great job, especially on the Valkrill section. Because Valkrill has 4 units, not many people seem to appreciate him. What I did was think of Valkrill as a small commander under Utgar given his own...

I guess I interpreted posts wrong, but I am highly religious. Don't get me wrong, I respect everyone's opinion here, but perhaps rephrasing or rewording posts would have produced a better...

All I can say is, if you're bored with your glads/blasts... I'd gladly have them. Can I PM you my address?
Who represents the Generals?

What do you think? What hero best represents each of the Valkyrie Generals? No using flag bearers.

Mine:

Jandar-Raelin
Einar-Kato Katsuro
Vydar-Major Q9
Ullar-Sonlen maybe? Or Syvarris?...

Re: Omnicron Barrage

You only have one squad of repulsors, I am assuming you will also gain high ground ASAP with the snipers and Zetacron?

Re: Omnicron Barrage

I see 500 points.

If you want 600, you could add in some more snipers.

You could also go for a repulsor horde,

Raelin (80/80)
Rep's (40/120)
Reps (40/160)
Reps (40/200)

Re: Omnicron Barrage

I have Taelord, but I was thinking that the repulsors would add to the sniper's attack sufficiently.

Omnicron Barrage

I am currently building a 500 point army. I want to use the omnicron snipers and the omnicron repulsors because the glads/blasts are becoming boring and the omnicron provide a challenge for me.

Re: What is the Best Heroscape Set?

I think the Rise of the Valkyrie set is the best for a number of reasons. 1) it was the first set I got 2) every single figure has it's unique characteristics, back before synergy and bonding played...
