Re: Florida Frenzy 6.5 - June 29

Well, I'm glad to see that we're well past the minimum now, because I'm going to have to back out. Work got a bit crazy this week, and unfortunately, I'm going to have to spend tomorrow catching up.

Re: Florida Frenzy 6.5 - June 29

What have we really lost?

It's been three years since I've been on these forums. I moved away, and all my friends didn't. And I never really got the hang of the whole "meeting new people" thing. But then I moved back, and...

*L* Thanks for that laugh, zanter. Although I suddenly realized that I'm playing a game where tyrannosaurs in jet fighters is a distinct possibility.

EOV at WalMart again

OK, I admit that I've been greatly ignoring Heroscape for a few months now, so I'm a bit out of the loop. But I just left a WalMart in Cola, SC, and their shelves were full -- and I mean about a...

I'm definitely not going to be able to make it now. We've moved our travel plans up a day, and we're leaving on the 19th now. I'll be spending Heroscape day at the SC State Fair instead, so it...

OK, that's just awesome. I'm a huge cheapskate, and I assure you, this will go to good use soon enough. Although I'll have to get a blender for my workshop now, because my wife will kill me if I...

I picked up all five at the TRU in Roanoke, VA during a trip last week.

Wow. I'm really glad I didn't get them on eBay this past spring.

I was really disappointed in the dealer and exhibitor's rooms this year, as were my friends. Almost everything we were trying to find wasn't there this year. The con was great, as always, but that...

For those of you who don't keep up with Kovalic's work, he's also weighed in on the collectability of Heroscape. http://archive.gamespy.com/comics/dorktower/archive.asp?nextform=viewcomic&id=1247
