By my calculations, this makes Magneto go from a 66.4% chance per OM for at least one instant...

I was complaining about Magma+Magneto/Gravitron being overpowered 4 years ago, and then 3 years later you guys nerfed her by nerfing the Molten Lava rules! Man, I knew I was ahead of the curve back...

The quality on ArtsCow is still pretty bad, but it's EXTREMELY cheap if you use one of their many promotions that they run. It's pretty easy to score a custom 54 card deck for ~6 bucks with free...
