To me, the key concept behind Eagle Vision is "take your time to plan out your next move." Seeing that combined with some sort of "extra-sensory sight" mechanic seems right on point.

I think I'd work on slimming down the "boilerplate" Assassin powers as much as possible. I know these dudes are a bit same-y in-game, but 3 designs that share 2/3 powers are gonna feel kinda lame....
