Further Explanation
Simply stated if you pick larger point army cards, you get to move bigger(sometimes more powerful) units around the board per turn as opposed to having a smaller point army card for the turn.

Point per turn Discrepancy
It would seem to me that someone that drafts or selects lower point total army cards would be losind power in a turn versus someone that drafts units of a higher point total.
