The standard for most of the other games I'm involved in seems to be swiss with some sort of cut to the top X for the "playoffs" (Chess, MTG, Tennis, Warhammer, heads up poker, etc)

Isamu definitely is sweet.
I always think of him as a raelin-stabber , but I've never actually seen him get the chance as yet heh.
