A "stickied" thread is one that admins have deemed important enough that it should always be at the top of a sub-forum and highly visible. Rules, indexes, policies, etc.

I would recommend you go to a craft store (such as Michael's) and buy an inexpensive wooden tray along with some self adhesive felt. It would cost less than half as much.

GoDaddy is the registrar through which the site is registered. The Domain Name Registration expired on 5/1/2015. Someone noticed the lapse and re-registered the domain name. Not a huge mystery.

It is only Shadow. Tiles underneath never affect the top level for terrain rules. As unthematic as that may be.

Not illegal, but a tourney director could disallow them. If disallowed, it should be published and I can think of no reason to disallow them.
