The Captain Of The Nautilus power seems pretty good to me, although wording needs to be tweaked and it seems as though it could be shortened quite a bit. Not too sure about the idea of it...

Because when someone on the ground looks at him, the glider is mostly in the way, so he can use it to defend himself. If someone is flying, they can then see him perfectly. :shrug:

If Blackheart gets chosen for the design process, why not do the same thing with Judge Death and let playtesters have the opportunity to use a Demon squad from the Inner Sanctum? It probably won't be...

For what it's worth, having Blackheart move, then summon Ghost Rider in and move him, that's a threat range of 16. You could always make it so they can be summoned from a distance, like 6 clear sight...
