Re: The Book of Glyph of Infinity: Space Gem

Unoccupied means there are no figures on it. Empty means there's nothing (including Glyphs) on it.
Confusing unless you know the lingo, I know, but a helpful distinction for designing once you do....

Re: What's for dinner?

No, the main reason is to give you the maximum number of culinary options when you don't eat meat for whatever reason, be it health or, in my case, ethical.

Thank you! :) That's basically my...

Re: Out-there Heaven (Movie, TV, and Video Game Characters)

I don't know, feels terribly generic now. He's mostly a slightly cut-price, worse Heinrich Zemo.

Re: What's for dinner?

Because texture + flavour absorbtion. Plus, it's not at all as flavourless as chap's making out - the bacon's actually lovely, as are the sausages and even the chicken's nice as long as you do...

Re: The C3G Cave - Hangout

Be careful during isolation, chaps. This (https://www.theguardian.com/australia-news/2020/mar/30/astrophysicist-gets-magnets-stuck-up-nose-while-inventing-coronavirus-device) is how cheesy C-list...

Re: What's for dinner?

Yeah, looking it up it appears to be. Seems there was some controversy when it was released in the US about it being mislabeled as a mushroom product (it's based on a fungus, mycoprotein, but said...

Re: What's for dinner?

Don't you get that in the U.S.? It's a brand of meat-substitutes made of mycoprotein, and much nicer than that description makes it sound! :) Absolutely invaluable if you're vegetarian.
The Quorn...

Re: What's for dinner?

Ah, a little over a month ago, I tried to do veggie fried chicken for the first time - slices of a Quorn roast fried in a coating of flour, dried sage and garlic salt. This was covered in a crème...

Re: The Book of Hela

Generally, I've had fun playing Mixed games - the balance is good enough that it's eminently fun and playable. Some figures actually become more balanced - Q9's not quite as terrifying when you have...

Re: Welcome to C3G! – Directory

Appreciated, chap! :) This project helped me through some pretty rough times, too - I swear a few years ago, when I was a new Ally/Sidekick, it helped keep me sane. I may have dropped off a little...

Re: C3G Alpha Flight Workshop

Demon synergy sounds more interesting to me than another Mutate if they flip-flop on this stuff.

Slight variations in mini colouration - one with brown furs, one with black.

Re: Public Design Workshop

Eh... only to lower the cost if you control a Warlock, rather than if it's cast by a Warlock, I'd imagine. A better route would probably be a scaling power depending on whether a Warlock casts it, or...

Re: The Book of Old One Eye (Initial PT)

That estimate is ridiculous, IMO. The calculator seems to be overvaluing the Life value. That Life'll get eaten up really quickly with that Defence value.

Re: Public Design Workshop

I don't see the need for it to be Common. It seems like a fairly iconic, rare spell that deserves the status of feeling like an event. I quite like Yodaking's idea of making it a bit stronger. As for...

Re: The Book of Sgt. Rock (Vote for Release)

The first and second parts of that first sentence in the bio don't connect in any coherent way. Honestly, I'd probably cut that whole first sentence, but that's partially because I prefer to avoid...

Re: C3G Dredd'verse workshop

I've got tonnes of CDs, and quite an eclectic selection. Retro rock (10cc, Jethro Tull, Queen, Bowie, Fleetwood Mac etc.), 60s (Joni Mitchell), Pagan/Folk (Spiral Dance, Kelliana, Loreena McKennitt,...

Re: C3G Dredd'verse workshop

Not entirely. I Want a New Duck, Living with a Hernia etc. are a fair bit older ( as is Dare to Be Stupid, which I've somehow missed ). I honestly like most of his stuff I've heard, newer and older,...
