Maybe not, if you use him sort of as a hit man (in conjuction with one of the other deathwalkers... preferably 9k). On turns where his mark isn't within walking distance you can use the Infantryborgs...

Nope, because Deathwalker 7000 does not receive any wounds from his Self Destruct ability, rather he is automatically destroyed. Being Acid Sprayed by Braxas has the same effect, or being petrified...

Zettian Infantry's Circuitry Replacement will not prevent wounding from Wannok or another wounding glyph.
The only Reason Cyberclaw mentions Glyphs is because of the Glyph of Erland (Summoning)....

Definitely 1x, so that you buy the actual sweet spot and not too many more;)
As far as a Basic Side goes, how about just copying the original stats? I don't see anything that could stick out for...
