Almost all ranged flyers; Mimring would be a notable (and comparable) exception. That being said, 8R 4A on any Flyer is potentially problematic. I'd be curious to know how he's performed as a cleanup...

Somewhere between 200-210 seems right to me. Bear in mind that even before at 190 with 5M, you could always just draft Eldgrim for 30 pts, so I'd lean toward a 10-15 pt increase.

That would be cool, although I'd be worried about the balance. Base defense of 3D on a unique squad is very vulnerable.
