I know Posion is from a What If? So at least one design beat out Chuck. Chuck is definitely a bit more classically What If than Posion though. He might be the first from What If volume two at least.

Pretty much any of the Marro would be close enough for proxies I’d think. Like the Drudge might not be ideal because of the guns, but good enough to fill in some numbers IMO

Yup, we've now decided to convert C3G into a Euro style game about who can ship cargo most efficiently. The superhero thing was kinda played out at this point.
