Actually, using Windows Image Print function and a PDF printer makes it easy to print all the unit cards images into a single PDF - it worked for me. that's not entirely true, the scale became right...

In my most humble opinion, the more variations there are, the more confusing it gets - I would suggest to try to attempt to formulate one rule to rule them all(and in the darkness bind them).
