Increasing component quality will increase the price to make each game and we feel we already have quality components. Including extra cards requires play testing and it can give a perception that...

The plan is to eventually make more Soaring Rhino games with minis.

Shifting Realms is a Euro game, and adding 40 minis would make the retail go way too high.
