With the creative use of voids to simulate Dungeon walls, I see no reason why not.

When I was playing in the Mixed Marvel Tournament, and bringing maps, I believe mine were all free-built (at home, and then transported).

Well met!

However, it's a short distance from start zone to start zone, with road between, so melee units will be across in the first round, and get all the glyphs if shooters turtle.
