Pardon the Interruption I just noticed that we have named the card Cave Troll of Moria but the power text always says "Moria Cave Troll." May want to update the OP to address that.

You don't need to restrict yourself to those, and in fact the early ones are kinda' bad.

I don't think C3V has any maps? But in general with playtesting it is always good to pick competitive maps like you might see at GenCon or one of the online Heroscape events.

It can also be useful...

This is the other part of the "editing checklist" that I forgot to mention. Usually someone combs through the text and makes any changes to bring it in line with existing powers, sometimes rewriting...

It would probably be thematic for the additional attack in Cave Dweller to also apply to destructible objects.


I'm surprised that C3V doesn't have a capitalization standard for terrain types....

In line with my suggested change to the Orc version of cave dweller, what if we had a power that upped the ante; change the move bonus to 2 instead of 1 (with a base move of 4) and the attack bonus...

You can also think of it as them having 6 attack, but -1 against figures not on a cave or shadow space.

My personal feeling is that this design is probably ready to be put in a fellowship.

I would like a second power. Maybe one of the negative powers from Pel, the Hill Giant or another borrowed power from some other ogre or troll. I have trouble seeing Flail Hurricane on these minis...
