A king of the Quatsatch is a fun idea. I like the stats overall.

The powers have a bunch of problems, though. Threat Display simply does not work. First, I'm not entirely sure what the power does...

Plenty of other reasons to go to Austi-Con, though. Lots of games happening over the weekend (I am running quite a few myself).

Not true, rather the opposite in most circumstances. For example, anything that gives or removes attack or defense dice, for example, in inherently mandatory.

Don't complicate the faction. A passive move power would do exactly that. Make them at least somewhat worthwhile to activate, and they fit neatly into the faction.

I like the Wraith. It fulfills a new role in the faction. I think Attack needs to be 3, though, to make it worth using. In general I think I'd rather make an attack than bringing up a defense...

In that case, the movement is only once per round, with a die roll, and no effect other than repositioning. So I doubt anyone even really noticed. But it's a good question.

I don't like Sextuple Attack. Yeah, he has six arms, but that's just nuts.

I like the d20 roll to attack again well enough; it makes him more unpredictable, which is the design's only interesting...
