This leads me to believe 125, 225, or 325 points. 125 points is out of the question IMO. If Spiderman is gonna have a chance against him he will have to be 225.

Since, in the comics, Spiderman has displayed the ability to beat them all one at a time, I can't imagine Doc Oc or any of the Sinister Six can be at or above 250. I'd even bet they would be closer...
