It's probably better overall. Should probably change to "After a figure you control moves adjacent to ...", to avoid clashing with other movement triggers like leaving engagement attacks....

Almost all ranged flyers; Mimring would be a notable (and comparable) exception. That being said, 8R 4A on any Flyer is potentially problematic. I'd be curious to know how he's performed as a cleanup...
