Re: The Book Judge Hershey (Public Tests)

What do the Beat Cops add to this army? Aside from just being good units? Is there some synergy for Lawman squads I'm not seeing?

Otherwise looking good!

Re: The Book of Crossbones (Public Playtesting)

A and d are very similar. I dont like the last clause in d since its unneeded complexity. Otherwise Im good with either.

Re: The Book of Crossbones (Public Playtesting)

If I was a terrorist using a human shield, I'd be grabbing innocent bystanders first and foremost over my own men. That's a piece of theme that made me excited about this design and I think it would...

Re: The Book of Crossbones (Public Playtesting)

[/QUOTE]

Human Shield shouldn't work on the attacking figure, thematically. After that, it's more or less option A with a few different knobs turned on or off.

I do like a slightly cleaner...

Re: What Board Game Are You Currently Playing?

Yeah Firefly does have the tendency to drag, since there's no in-game timer. If all of you happen to get screwed and lose everything at the same time, you just added that much time to the game. Still...

Re: The Book of Crossbones (Public Playtesting)

I've been really lost with this conversation, but what's wrong with the current Human Shield? If it's because it's hard to activate, just nix the non-adjacent clause. I love the theme of him using...

Re: What Board Game Are You Currently Playing?

I really enjoy Firefly, which I hear is basically the same as Merchants and Marauders. I like the Firefly theme over ships, so I'm sticking there.

But if they ARE in fact very similar, it's really...

Re: Out-there Heaven (Movie, TV, and Video Game Characters)

Re: Project: Paper Standees

I am, but usually hang in the C3G one. I'll see if you tag me with reminders, though, hah.

Whenever I might have time, I would love to work on this exact thing for C3G, so I might pick your brain...

Re: Poll: Favorite C3G Design by LD: Japes!

I'm not sure I've played with any of your LD's Japes! I've gotta fix that! But just seeing the cards it's between Psimon and Firestorm. I think I'll pick Firestorm since I love that Matrix power.
