Just an early conversion. I think we have dropped "Temporary" since because the power also say return control. So "Temporary" was just extra. It's just how the wording has evolved. I don't thin it...

I've had a hard time using the snow and ice set. Its hard to have that set not be so hard on non-flying melee only figures.

Yeah it could probably be added in. I'd rather add "must" into the havr to do powers and drop "may" but for consistency you're right.
