Re: Where are the Nhah Scirh?
Really? I'd have a problem with that. Anytime anyone loses a battle, they just go back in time and rescue and redeploy their army, surrendering the area.
Then again, this is what seems to happen...

Re: Fen Hydra help.
WoA plus Stingers.
The hydra'll have a hard time killing the WoA, and the Stingers can put some wounds on him. Only hesitation is: Stingers have three attacks of three, Hydra has four of four. If...

Re: 100% Theoryscape
Hey, its theoryscape, right? Why are we getting so intense about this? Can we just say that people can:
A: State their opinion
B: State if their opinion differs from another person's
On a...

Re: Ask the Design Team thread.
Both of these were prior to the new management, and not DnD heroscape. My concern is that lack of DnD figures may cut down on squad size.
Also, the Tarns would be so much better with an extra man.

Re: Ask the Design Team thread.
Yes. I mean why would the designers remove that possibilty? ;-)[/quote]
I'm thinking that they might be constrained by the number of available figures. There is an incentive to spread the figures...

Re: Ask the Design Team thread.
Is there a possibility of more four-man squads?
Sorry if this has been asked before, but I feel like the four-member squads are a very important part of the tournament scene, and don't have the...

Re: The Elemetals Strategy and Discussion
Thanks, that (plus some careful re-reading of the card) clarified it.
Moving back into theoryscape, how do you think this army will handle? It seems to me that they will be very slow, since you...

Re: The Elemetals Strategy and Discussion
That would be the air elemental, the earth elemental, and, if the water is properly placed, the water elemental.
Also, the elementals look awesome. . . at first, I thought they looked like angry...

Re: 100% Theoryscape
I think it'll be situational, but a 25 point shot to deep-fry a hero is very worthwhile, probably more so because its likely to be unexpected.

Re: 100% Theoryscape
I love the idea of a figure that moves other figs (at less cost than Jotun), but had been hoping it would be a squad. Still, Chainfighter on a lava map ftw. I am definitely looking forward to playing...

Re: Hey
How did you tell it was a bot so quick? Just wondering. Usually I either don't figure it out, or see something obvious, like the same guy PMing me and my friends with generic friend requests.

Re: Turtle and Anti-Turtle Unit Lists
How about Marro Warriors for an anti-turtle unit? Eventually they'll get whittled down. If they don't and they decide to charge your last warrior, I would not expect any "turtle" kind of unit to be...

Re: Uhurugu's Idea Thread
Been a while since I posted.
I'll hop on the bandwagon, saying that the conscripts are too powerful. We definitely don't want them to outdo our AE or 4th, for one thing. Also, I always felt like...

You know, one of the most potent anti-range forces may be rats. Not rats with more powerful friends, just rats, as the core of the army. I was just looking at the thread on Deathreavers as an army,...

I think, also, that your strategy should discriminate heavily based on which range your opponent is using. Many of the ranged squads lately blur the line between melee and range (such as the...

Re: Uhurugu's Idea Thread
I changed their defense, and I agree, now that you pointed that out. The Longbows do win on defense. On attack, though, movement should not be counted as adding towards attack: that is included in...
