I found mine at Barnes & Noble on the discount rack, for about $10. An Ebay or Amazon search for "Busy Book" & "Turtles" will also turn them up.

He's basically just a vinyl figure. I've found them at Hastings, Wal-Mart & target (Though that was few years ago.) & comic shops. They had Godzilla, & a bunch of the other monsters that he fought....
