I can see the inverse glyphs bit being pretty fun. If we use the "wierd world" or "opposite world" angles given to us by the weird tiles, then we can even thematically say that the inverse glyphs...

I agree. Perhaps stating a figure can only be affected by a single instance of Tether of Logos per turn is necessary here?

I'm cool with the 20+ option for Mind Jack. In my games Tetsuo never really did much, but it was always the chance that he could do something that was appealing.

Considering the race is Ukushisa, Prowlers or Firecats works fine here. Maybe with a slight nod to Prowlers if "Firecats" ever becomes a VC race at some point in the future.

I would say it could, because it is a different figure and whirlwind attack doesnt require the user to declare targets before attacking.
