The first games will go quicker. On average, out of the many games we played, they stayed in the 45-90 mark pretty consistently. Those HQs are mighty tempting targets.

The game is driven by the choices you make. When you reach certain points, events occur. How you get to those points is up to your group.
The stickers come from those events
