With those characters there is a figure swap. The Flip Cards are mostly characters that basically stay the same just their powers are different.

So Billy/SHazam and Bruce/Hulk already work with...

Oh you meant the calendar month not every 4.3 weeks. So in essence it could be up to 6 weeks if the releases are at opposite ends of the month. I see.
