Re: Help with an estimate, please

Just wanted to make sure everyone understands that I am simply taking offers. $1000 is probably a starting bid. The best way to send me an offer is via text message, as I don't check into here too...

Re: Western Pa Tournament August 15th at Noon

Hey guys, reading this makes me tear up a bit. Brian passed away two years back, and I am trying to sell his HS stuff to a local person for his mom. The cards are mostly missing, so it would likely...

Sure Josiah, I remember you. You totally killed me with Anubian Wolves at Brad's Melee tourney in your upper church youth area.

And Brian, the deceased was there two. He won the Race for the...

I could run it by her, but I am not even sure where I would store it. Maybe there's room in the garage? Thanks for the suggestions, all.

Re: Help with an estimate, please

I just want a general idea of the value. His mom just wants to get rid if it. She doesn't want to spend time selling it piecemeal on eBay. At the sane time, I don't want her to get ripped off. ...

Help with an estimate, please

Can anyone please give me an estimate of the value of a Heroscape collection? It is not complete, as we can't find most of the army cards from before Dungeons and Dragons. This means the Unique...

Re: Help- House Fire destroys some Scape

Yeah, it would have been painful to watch too. I thank God he had the mercy to remove me from the situation as far as to not have to witness it.

Thanks, monkey, for being heroic.

Re: Learning a new board game...your fave approach?

I haven't tried many complex games. If I read the rules and something doesn't make sense, I'll check the geek. I'll read the rules and print player aides regardless, so I can make teaching it easier....

Re: Help- House Fire destroys some Scape

Good heavens, I've been unemployed, and it leads to the kind of malaise I'm currently experiencing, only not as deep. It more or less hurts your self-esteem more than anything.

Thanks for the...

Thanks again to all. Elstree, I'm told I can't rep you yet, and I don't remember repping you before, but I will. I should have just for the avatar.

"Seeds of Doom" is my favorite.

Re: What Board Game Are You Currently Playing?

No....

Yes, I've tried positive thinking.

I'm...

Go with AoE III and you will not regret it.

As for Risk:Godstorm, it needs the "official" house rules posted in the final few pages of the Technical Field Manual as linked to in the geekfiles...
