Based on your own explanation figures with lava resistances should be affected by the attack portion of Firebomb SA. I also see no reason to change the precedent that Fire Elemental's set for burning...

It's no better then Jandar's Dispatch, personally I think it's worse, and Laertan Oresun costs 55 more, I'm not to concerned with a 4th mass build.
