Yes, but since they are not "rolled" per se, as in the counter strike description, does that mean counter strike also does a wound because the shields outnumber the number of skulls physically rolled?

Alright, I have Migol Ironwill vs. Kaemon Awa in a one on one for the game!
Now, I rolled 2 skulls for Migol. My opponent rolled 3 sheilds. Does this mean they both take wounds for that attack?...
