those street lights came in some "army men" packs that had cops and firemen in it. It came with a ridiculous number of Traffic cones, some more or less useless street signs and only a few street...

actually, its the other way around.
After I had finished the extensive modding and all the gaps were filled, I primed everything flat white, and hand painted each brick red.
I cheated a little...

they have model buildings in all the Model railroad scales, and wargaming tends to be slightly larger than HO scale.
HO Scale buildings of the right type can be adapted for wargaming, while others...

the sample packs are actually fairly cheap and will make tons of decals. Its not a huge investment. I got the solvent, setting agent and 6 or 8 pages for under $20.

was just looking and the core Nin-Gonost set will set you back $200 nowadays.
Ebay only had one wall pack (that means no flooring, just walls) and it was starting at $30.
I feel really lucky...
