Re: Poll: Favorite C3G Design by LD: Scapemage

I haven't played too many of his later ones, but I've gotta pick Arkillo and Ragdoll.

Arkillo made the original YL armies, on top of being an absolute beast himself. Ragdoll is a super solid 100...

Re: C3G Strategy Discussion - Giant-Man

I like him if I have a 180 point hole to fill in generalist armies, but that doesn't happen too often. Just his stats themselves are actually really solid for his cost.

Re: 12 Questions to Help Shape Our Future

I feel like this would be fun to do-over, especially with the design speed we've been doing lately! :)

Re: C3G Strategy Discussion - Kingpin I

He's solid. A fine leader. Never felt really "Kingpin" to me, but I love the armies he brought together!

Also I missed the Hired Guns. They're nasty and kill everything if they don't die first.

Re: C3G Strategy Discussion - Bodyguard

The tie down aspect is useful, but I get that too. They just never seemed to mesh with the criminal faction.

Re: C3G Strategy Discussion - Bodyguard

I usually played Crime Lords with Street Thugs, which don't mesh with the bodyguards unfortunately. I think they're better with our newer Crime Lords who don't care about the Thugs as much, but I...

Re: C3G Alpha Flight Workshop

Yeah, not worried at this point. A quick glance shows that you have the exact same idea that ZJ had, minor nitpicks aside. So clearly it's a good direction. :)

Re: C3G Strategy Discussion - Red Skull I

Heís not really a go to for me anymore since the re veal, but heís still real nice and solid. I do use RS2 significantly more at this point since heís a better leader in general, just not as nasty...

Re: Public Design Workshop

Yeah I've been wanting to get Masque done for YEARS, just could never really find a direction I liked. I wanted to give her synergy with The Hood since I love the card that Hood and Masque had, but...

Re: The Book of Ronin - Breathing

Ninja Star at least is a good description (And we should check for other SAs, yeah). Nunchuck is just a misspelling based on phonetic differences in languages.

Re: The Book of Ronin - Breathing

He'll wreck squads for sure, but otherwise I don't think he's broken. The combo is neat.

The martial artist in me requests that you use the classic "Nunchaku" spelling for his second SA....

Re: C3G Strategy Discussion - Baron von Strucker

I've always liked Strucker and have played him a ton. That said I think he's probably only worth 170-180.

Re: C3G Strategy Discussion - M.O.D.O.K.

He's been one of my favorite figures for a long time. Lots of very cool options and just a solid dude. I haven't played him in quite some time, I should remedy that.

Re: The Book of Tornado Twin (Dawn Allen)

Yeah you have to account for the same power on the other Twin for it to make sense, but it works fine.
