Actually it is. It's just that special powers allow more than one turn sometimes on the marker. But, a marker has to be revealed in order to take the initial turn. :)

That doesn't really apply because the water tiles he is on counts as ice, a seperate terrain type. Don't go confusing people. :)

Dok, pick up a copy of RotV rules. Look on page 15, column two, under Special Powers. It defines clear sight spaces.
