180 is probably a bit high given that he has a worse restriction than needing a revealed OM and the aura is double-sided anyway, but a +1A aura is definitely going to have to be well above 120...

For what it's worth, I love Impale as a power name here. It's a super thematic nod to Vlad's famous moniker, and it perfectly frames him bypassing a figure's defense. I don't think that adding "Blow"...
