I've seen a few translucent plastic figures from Reaper's Bones project in my FLGS, and no detail is apparent until you at least give them a dark wash and drybrush raised areas for highlights...

Correction: 12 sculpts, but a sealed display has 24 total figures, with the same 6 x3 Common, 6 x1 Unique ratio of the Goblins display.

Placement rules (hex edges and/or centers) and subsequent climbing criteria (they're 3 hexes tall, same as bridge wall and battlement exteriors).
