I'm not following how using Revna or Volarak would be any different from a legal perspective than using Jandar or Utgar is.

This wouldn't even be 3D printing. It'd be printing a sticker that you could add on as a flag. Which is basically just like printing glyph stickers.

Why would the flag have to be 3D printed? Seems like it could just as easily be a sticker that folds over on itself to make a flag. I'm thinking Battle Masters style.
