Re: 2010 Nobel Prize for Literature

I'm going to give them a manuscript for a book or two which I plan on writing in the future to see if it gets me the prize.

At the beginning of the...

Re: Wave 10: Why Re-release Anything, EVER???

I think that this is really an act to keep HeroScape alive. Right now, as everyone already knows, we are in a depression. (I'm like an old man) For some reason, i highly doubt that the market for...

Re: Wave 9 - Specials Too Complex??

Re: A miniature game for children too small to play Heroscap

I never watch regular TV, so I never saw anything about Gormiti. But, yeah, they are pretty much the same game.

If Gormiti is too boring, try doing something like the battle arena does for Number...

A miniature game for children too small to play Heroscape

I know that a lot of 'scapers out there have kids, and many of those kids like HS. I have a three year-old who loves to move the miniatures around on the board and roll dice, but she's too small to...

Re: New way to build your maps.

My gaming troupe tried this a while back. I didn't like it because everyone stayed cooped up in their camps the whole time after they all built a little fortress. Maybe if you install some capture...

Re: Mastering the Game

When there was only ROTV, Heroscape was easier to master. Then came the waves and with each wave I looked for better combinations of heros and squads. When i feel like I'm beginning to "master" HS, a...

Re: Race for the presidency political discussion thread

Here's my political views:

I don't like McCain because he was a Republican in 2000, a Dem against everything Bush stood for in 2004, and now back on the Rep side supporting everything Bush does.
