I think you should focus on eliminating some single commons, or less-than-four commons in the case of the zombies. I would either start with:

its just a simple game plan. Keep Akmer with the WoA and advance them, Akmer's engagement strike and defence boost both are utilized since the WoA are near...

Unfortunately i have to agree with you Wytefang. The elves are my favorite race in fantasy games but in Heroscape they just cant stack up to the other units. Sure at times you can win with them but...

Id say a sword and bow. Like an elven equivalent of Kaemon would be awesome, 7 range 5 move 4 attk and def and then a strong magic ability maybe throw in akmers engagement strike

Agreed. But it isnt fair to limit who can be on the same map do to premade armies or known experience. I play FFA as much as possible just to get a mix of new or old scapers.

the only problem with FFA tourneys wouldt be just that. The number 1 pick to win would more than likely have everyone gunning for them. With out that problem i think FFA add more fun and give better...
