Maybe make it an auto-wound after he's taken at least one wound? So he won't be dead before he even gets to the battlefield.

Doesn't he have a containment suit of some kind keeping him together?...

I'm not sure how I feel about the reuse of Death Factor, since that's a term for a specific condition that Omega Red has.

Looks fine otherwise.
