What about

Power-wise it seems pretty even to me: the drop in duration is balanced by opening it to being targeted by more figures. And (more importantly, imo) now all you have to keep track of...

Tactical Smite is a really cool idea, but it looks like it could become a bookkeeping nightmare. How was it in practice?

Maybe compare it to they lose their bonus shield against any attacker, but...
