Spry paint doesnt adhere to duct tape. Maybe you could buy a few sheets of white foam from Micheals or another craft store, glue it to the towers sides, then spray paint.

The only things you need are Duct Tape and WD-40....

The only things you need are Duct Tape and WD-40. If it moves and it shouldn't, use the Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use the WD-40.
