I got this guy as a figure a while back and decided to write up something for him. He's pretty obscure but I'm proud of my design on him. And it's always nice to have another Mutant and Adventurer.

The Tommy Gun attack can be changed if needed, I just reused it from the Machine Gun Special Attack and thought it would make sense with the character. He can be either a Criminal or Crime Lord.
