Re: Spellbook of Lord of the Flies (Conjuring)

LORD OF THE FLIES
Unique Spell
10 Points

Instead of moving normally, this figure may cast this spell. Choose a Unique Hero within 10 clear sight spaces of this figure. Until the end of the round, the chosen figure cannot target non-adjacent figures for a normal attack, unless the chosen figure is occupying a water space. If the caster is a Warlock, it may immediately cast this spell one additional time.

I would just say choose a figure in clear sight that is not occupying a water space.

Excited to see this one! Only thought here is that it reads pretty clearly to me that no d20 roll is required to reduce a UH's range, but you might want to check with the wordsmiths to see if they agree.

The idea is that you can move into water to get rid of the flies.

That is the intent so perfect. :)

Seems like a simple one, no concerns here.

Re: Spellbook of Lord of the Flies (Conjuring)

If that's the intent then couldn't you just duck under the water if you were already standing there when it was cast?

That never works at the beach. The flies just wait for you to emerge. :)
