Character Bio – A former accountant, Arthur has a big heart and is perhaps a bit too accommodating to The Tick’s madcap antics. Though he has no super powers of his own, he also seems to dash quite often into trouble. He’s willing to face down the vilest of foes, just “not in the face! Not in the face!”

When rolling for initiative, if Arthur is engaged, add 1 to your roll for each Order Marker on a Champion card you control.

DELUSIONAL SIDEKICK
After revealing an Order Marker on the Army Card of a figure you control with the Delusional personality and taking a turn with that figure, if Arthur is within 6 clear sight spaces of that Delusional figure, you may take an immediate turn with Arthur, and you may not take any additional turns with other figures you control. If Arthur is adjacent to that Delusional figure when attacking an adjacent figure this turn, add 1 die to his attack.

”NOT IN THE FACE!”
When Arthur is attacked by a normal attack from an adjacent enemy figure, subtract one skull from the roll.

I can work up a how to custom mini guide for you. I think I might have taken mini pics to way back in the day when I did The Tick's but I'm not sure. You might have to supply those.

Arthur seems level-headed, but that's mostly compared to The Tick. In the comics he's actually on psychiatric leave from his accountant job and thinks he's making the right choices for his life .... just saying. :-P

I'm open to suggestions, but it felt like a good fit to me.

I know we talked about Delusional being the hook for his whole universe should someone one day do more beyond just The Tick and Arthur. His power lets him bond with other Delusional types instead of Champions so that he could also bond with say a delusional Crime Fighter from his city. Thus a future power call out could go the other way as well, boosting or counting Delusional figures in your army. He does think he's a legit superhero sidekick, so delusional seemed to fit to me.
