San Antonio Players?

Is there a San Antonio Lague anywhere? Or better yet, are there any Canyon Lake or New Braunfels players?

geddy lifeson lives in Cibolo (unless he moved). Both he and his wife plays and they are very friendly. You can just look him up on the memberlist then PM him. I'm sure he'd apprediate another player close by.

Cibolo? What side of San Antonio is that on? North?

I live on the NE side about 60 miles from Austin. I would say I am less than 20 miles from New Braunfels.

Sweet. That's pretty close. Now if only we could get everyone else close to SA together in a tourney.

You get a tournament in San Antonio and I'll make the trip. Its a couple hours for me, although only an hour into San Marcos, but that is still better than the four hours to McKinney.

Austin doesn't have a ton of players yet but Dr. Weirdscaper has been shaking trees. Perhaps any active San Antonians and Austinites can get together somewhere along I35.

Good idea! That would be better than everyone driving down here.

Oh, and while shaking them, has Dr. Weirdscaper been chewing any trees?

Also, we need to consider who would attend the tourney. 5? 10? 50? What's the average?

New to San Antonio

I just moved to SA in Aug and am looking for some casual games, maybe on a weekend. Far from an expert player but I have some "big game" experience.

All right! That makes 4-ish from the forums. I have another friend who plays, but he's not on the site (to my knowledge).
