http://maps.google.com/maps/

Bring a little somethin' for the prize table? $5-10 suggested value. (Anything board-game-related or just plain cool is fine.)

As actual HS product is getting increasingly rare, here are some suggestions:
Storage boxes
Lava Lamps
Jones Soda (but not the Thanksgiving set)
Iron Man related product
60 Old Magic cards put together in a usable deck (ok... this one is totally self-serving)
Heroclix or other similar miniatures
Color printouts of awesome HS art or issues of HS Codex
Color Printouts of great maps...
Cool novels you have already read
Cool DVDs you wll probably never watch again
Custom terrain
Gift Certificates... Especially to Pet Shop Comics!

Remember, not everyone who may want to be in a tournament will have their own collection - especially now! General use prizes are sometimes equally valuable.
There will be a focus on getting new players to give it a try, so loaner armies will be readily available.

Curious, does killing opponents dragon = win? Or is everything played out normally, but you just have to have a dragon?

Everything plays out normally, but you have to have a dragon! I was unclear on this as well until I checked the Gencon rules.

I've already got my army picked out...sadly Jonathan won't make this one, he'll be out of town. Josh and I will be ready to kick butt and maybe I'll do better than my 8 year old this time.

Othkurik - 140
Isamu - 150
Stingers x5 - 450

You don't need to stinkin' Greenscales.

Or use Mimring's 8 range special (in place of Othkurik and Isamu) to draw opponents in, and then blast them with Stingers.

Still I think the prototypical army for this if you're using a dragon as the core of your army will be:

Nilfy + GSW's x4 + Marcu (or GSW's x3 with 80 points of bacon/other filler)

If you don't have a plan for the power of that army, then you're probably not playing to win.

Yeah - the armies are Nilf/Raelin/GSWx3 and Charos/GSWx4 for sure. Anything other than those is "outside the box"

Do you think Charos/4th Massx3 + Eldgrim is outside of the box too? It seems on the edge to me, still, I don't know that it can make up for the potential 6 attacks of 4 that Nilf/GSW will have.

How so? Brownsfan got 1st with that army at Gen Con's Dragon Wars. I think the same army got third in that tourney as well.
