This is what I have for the Action Figure so far. Think it might need one more power to pop but never came up with something I loved.

Any reason why these guys get a bonus when attacking an opponent's target point? Makes sense if they're blinding the enemy, but for a heat vision effect that seems odd. Could reuse Ruthless Heat Vision at a higher number if you like the idea of glyph destruction.

Sleek design. Not sure of any other power ideas, but I don't think these cheap toys absolutely need multiple powers anyway. I think the sheer number and variety of toys alongside Toyman should be enough pop.

Well I imagined since it's a toy it's more like a laser pointer than a Kryptonian's Heat Vision.

Attention Hog could be a fun reuse here, fits the slightly cartoonish vibe.
A diminutive Kryptonian Defense could be fun as well.

Yeah, that's a solid point. I'm in agreement that a nice sleek one power card has an appeal here. Especially on a common hero where being common is kind of a type of power.

Good stuff. If you really want something else you could use Tough again. Parallel the soldier and represent the faux-Kryptonian side of him. But I'm good with a single power as well.

I have no real goal here. Somewhere in the 25-50 point range all seem justifiable.

Right now I am getting around 45 points on the calculator. Which is probably fair since this can actually engage and tie down figures for Toyman unlike the RC Car.
