You can find the full tutorial for them here.

Wow, this one turned out great. The paint job makes it look retro. We have the heroclix sentinels but this one almost looks better in an old school way.

With the Spawn figure on deck for the next C3G Public design, it was time for me to get his mini made. Here is what I came up with.

"Stay out of my alley" - Spawn

The figure was primarily made from two Heroclix figures. Spider-Man #059 for the body & Brother Blood for the cape. Other materials used was a modified Warhammer 40K bolt gun, Games Workshop green stuff (sculpting putty), & some jewelry chains. This took quite a bit of custom work so it might not be for everyone.

I also took some pictures along the way with a cheap camera. If there is enough interest I will try to post a tutorial using some blurry pictures at some point.

Great Spawn! I love that the chain jets out as if to attack and Chain Grab!

I was also working on another custom figure at the same time. One I hope will get approved for use by C3G when I ask. I present, the Terminator. A T-800 model killing machine for your gaming enjoyment.

This guy was also made from two Heroclix figures. Tharok is the perfect body for this project, he just needs a big gun so I took one from Skullbuster. This one also required some Games Workshop green stuff, along with some knife work, to complete the conversion. I also have some pictures from this project as it unfolded that I can try to post later on if requested.

I also hope Terminator is approved. Though compared to Superheroes they will probably not be as powerful as you might think.

Yeah, the chain grab was something I really wanted to represent after pushing so hard for it as part of the design. When I saw the Spider-Man sculpt, I thought it could be made to look like Spawn was sending forth his chains in place of Spider-Man shooting his webs. One chain is going low for the feet and one chain is going high to wrap around the neck or an arm.

I'll be posting my design idea soon so you can help shape him when I do.
